Target audience

Teaching method
- This training module is based on an inductive pedagogical approach that encourages learners to engage with the key concepts of Patient Identity Management through concrete situations. The learner is placed in a position to discover various care situations. He/she must analyze each situation and find appropriate solutions for patient care. He/she is invited to express what he/she knows, thinks, and represents in regards to the topic.

- To facilitate learner engagement, the module is built on an interactive “photo novel” storytelling approach.
