E-learning Module “Electrical Risks”

E-learning "Electrical Risks"

Objectives of the digital training

Mastering the risks associated with electricity is essential for ensuring workplace safety. Thus, our module on electrical risks is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding and help avoid dangerous situations.

Program

  • Dangerous Thresholds: Analysis of faulty insulation in a portable electrical device. This study illustrates the connection between resistance, voltage, current, and the dangers of using non-compliant equipment.
  • URIP Relation: In-depth exploration of Ohm’s Law through experiments, particularly observing its effects on a robot (representing a person) to better understand these electrical principles.
  • Indirect Contact: Illustration of the effects of unintentional contact between the robot and live electrical equipment, caused by an insulation failure.
  • Direct Contact: Demonstration of the risks involved when a person comes into direct contact with the conductive elements of an electrical installation, reinforced by concrete and impactful examples.
  • Electrical Fire: Interactive practice where different devices are connected to an electrical reel. Each configuration is followed by a detailed analysis to observe and understand the potential consequences.
  • Assessment of acquired knowledge
