Robert Schuman Hospitals Elearning – HRS Inside

Device

The Robert Schuman Hospitals (Luxembourg) have called upon Audace for the design of a pedagogical journey dedicated to the onboarding of healthcare professionals. In order to enhance the attractiveness and memorization of the training, Audace has proposed an original concept inspired by the show “50′ Inside…”

Target

New collaborators of the Robert Schuman Hospitals.

Objectives

  • To lighten the workload of supervisors during the onboarding phase of a new collaborator,
  • To ensure the transmission of comprehensive and consistent knowledge to each new collaborator,
  • To provide an overview of the Group and a detailed presentation of the welcoming establishment.

Storytelling

To create a narrative and visual coherence and enhance the attractiveness and memorability of the training, Audace proposed an original concept: based on the popular French TV show “50′ Inside,” the “HRS Inside” training offers learners an immersion into the daily life of the Robert Schuman Hospital Group. Thanks to its two presenters and a series of TV reports (made from real footage) and virtual tours, the new arrival will be provided with a presentation of the facility’s services, its staff, and the practices to be followed in terms of hygiene and safety.

Several major themes are addressed, including:

  • Familiarisation with internal software programs
  • Job start-up
  • Histoire, valeurs et visite virtuelle des hôpitaux et de leurs principaux pôles
  • Safety (hand hygiene, radiation protection, occupational health, information security, identity vigilance, adverse events, reporting a pressure ulcer)
