Orano Simulation Safelift

Device
To meet the needs of EDF’s Technical Operational Unit (EDF UTO), an expert in complex logistics interventions at nuclear sites, Orano has wished for an innovative device aiming to simulate various handling scenarios in a highly constrained environment. After several months of research and the integration of work from international theses, Audace Digital Learning has created a “5-in-1” software capable of performing heavy calculations in a very short time. The project has been highly successful among EDF operators, who have attested to the effectiveness and productivity gains generated by this new device.

Opco 2i E-learning – Paper and Cardboard Industry

In 2021, UNIDIS (Union Intersecteur Papiers Cartons for dialogue and social engineering), in collaboration with CPNEF (National Joint Committee for Employment and Training) of the Paper and Cardboard Intersector, aimed to develop its digital training offerings for high-demand jobs in production and maintenance. With the support of OPCO2i, the inter-industry skills operator, UNIDIS turned to Audace for the design of 8 e-learning modules:

  • Paper-Cardboard Transformation Line
  • Communication and Teamwork
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Printed Electronics
  • Food Contact
  • Operation of a paper machine dryer section
  • Energy Efficiency

Interactivity, scenario development, gamification… To meet their needs, Audace Digital Learning has conceived an original creation inspired by the art of origami. The modules are accompanied by various activities and a voice-over by an actor, which adds positive emotions and enhances learner engagement, thereby improving knowledge retention.

These e-learning modules, used either in-person or remotely, are based on formative pedagogy: each module ends with a non-blocking assessment and provides the learner with corrections and feedback.

The expertise on the content of the modules will be provided by OPCO2i.

The modules will be delivered in SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004 format for integration into the Rise Up LMS.

Objective

To address the productivity and competitiveness challenges in the paper-cardboard industry, the aim is to develop the skills of employees, temporary workers, and job seekers.

TOTAL E-learning “Reciprocating Compressor”

Device

As part of the ongoing training for its employees, the French giant TotalEnergies entrusted Audace Digital Learning with the design of e-learning modules dedicated to the use of common tools in the process industry: reciprocating compressors. The objective is to enable its technicians to understand their operation, respond to malfunctions, and perform routine tasks to support them towards operational excellence.

This e-learning module also includes an immersive 3D capsule: an experienced external operator newly assigned to the sector must ensure that the machine is operating correctly while familiarizing themselves with the equipment.

Target

Operators at the production site (French speakers, English speakers, German speakers, Dutch speakers).

Objectives

Enable technicians to understand the functioning of reciprocating compressors, intervene in case of breakdowns, and perform routine operations.

  • Develop and make available common learning tools within the organization.
  • Develop the skills of the operations staff.
  • Enhance knowledge of equipment and operational modes.
  • Develop operational excellence.

In short, an online training tool to guide them towards operational excellence.

Live Anatomy E-learning “3D Imaging”

Device

“Medical Imaging” is not limited to radiography alone. Driven by technology and innovation, 3D imaging allows us to go even further. It has even become a goal for manufacturers of advanced medical imaging software and devices.

Live Anatomy, a common healthcare platform for healthcare professionals and their patients, has decided to implement an e-learning training to meet the needs of practitioners to train themselves in this emerging technology applied to the management of lumbar spine pathologies.

Target

Physiotherapists, osteopaths, and all healthcare professionals as part of their continuing education.

Objective

Offering professionals a unique training tool for the use of 3D imaging.

GRDF Elearning “Cathodic projection”

Device

Gamified “two-in-one” e-learning, designed using Storyline, offered as a pre-certification training for operators in cathodic protection.

Target

Cathodic protection technicians are primarily employees of GRDF and GRTgaz, but also from other entities working as contractors for them.

Objective

Enable technicians to deepen their knowledge in a specific area or test themselves under exam conditions, in support of their face-to-face training.

  • A first module allows GRDF operators to discover and practice through multiple-choice questions (MCQs) as part of their exam preparation.
  • A second module aims to put the operators in the exam conditions with a wide variety of MCQs that are representative of the actual exam. This includes random selection of questions, adherence to a quota of questions per topic and difficulty level, replication of the navigation within the exam, and adherence to the exam duration.

Citroën Learning Management System

Device

This device is a LMS (Learning Management System).

Provision of multi-touch interactive tables with interactive and participatory mini-games aimed at conveying sales arguments. This device went on a nationwide tour in France.

Objectives

To innovate in the training of car dealership salespeople on the occasion of a new vehicle launch.
