Banque de France Elearning “Files and access rights”

Objectives

The Banque de France has decided to implement a distance learning solution aimed at providing its Public Relations Officers with the essential knowledge for welcoming the public seeking access to major national databases :

  • Central Check File,
  • National File of Irregular Checks,
  • National File of Incidents in Repayment of Personal Credits

To meet this objective, Audace Digital Learning has designed a scripted elearning in a medieval universe where the Bank of France is none other than a well-guarded fortress, which covers within it the large files that the learner must master.

  • Respond to requests for access rights to these files in strict compliance with regulation ;
  • Direct complex requests to the appropriate actor.
