Related to general working conditions, occupational risks can arise from poorly managed activities, strenuous postures, or the use of chemical products. They can cause physical or psychological harm, lead to illnesses, and have immediate effects.
It is the employer’s responsibility to take action in order to limit these risks and ensure the safety of the employees. To do this, CARSAT Hauts-de-France, the pension and occupational health fund, wanted to provide its members with an online training tool. It therefore entrusted Audace Digital Learning with the
creation of an e-learning module aimed at raising awareness among business leaders about occupational risks.
