Description
. Standard working hours are defined as days of five consecutive days, generally Monday to Friday, with time slots ranging from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. They also include two consecutive days of rest per week.
This module deals with atypical working hours which correspond to working time arrangements which are not “standard”.
Targets
All employees working atypical hours, outside standard hours and days:
- Evening or night work,
- Irregular or cyclical rhythm (3×8, 2×12…),
- Weekends and public holidays,
- Variable amplitude (less than 5 hours or more than 8 hours),
- Part-time, long hours or breaks…
Teaching methods
This module is structured by a deductive educational approach, moving from theory to practice. Theoretical content screens are based on an affirmative (top-down) methodology followed by a summative assessment in the form of QUIZ.
