Thay talk about it
“I am a healthcare manager in specialized pediatric medicine, and after working as a trainer in a nursing school, I had the opportunity to participate in this training.”
This is an action-oriented training program that fully adapts to the participants’ profiles. Here, the program is not fixed: beyond the theoretical input, a portion of the content is tailored to the objectives and needs of each individual. Therefore, participants come out with practical solutions and useful ideas for Unit 4.4S4, but most importantly, with a concrete and operational project. This is very motivating!
The notion of collective is also very important: we exchange ideas, we share knowledge, we collaborate with colleagues from all over France.
Moreover, this training is not offered at any time during the school year, which allows us to implement our project or new tools in IFSI right after the end of the training.
Thanks to the work of reappropriating knowledge about blood transfusion, sharing information with colleagues, and reflecting on our projects, each participant proposes and develops their own project or improvements in the teaching and assessment of UE 4.4S4 and opens up new possibilities. It’s very exciting! »
