Trouble concentrating, sleeping, irritability, nervousness, significant fatigue, palpitations… Here are some of the symptoms linked to psychosocial risks. The phenomenon spares no sector of activity. Regardless of their effects on individual health, psychosocial risks have an impact on the functioning of companies (absenteeism, turnover, working atmosphere, etc.). It is possible to prevent them.
This module introduces psychosocial risks, the consequences they can have on health as well as the prevention associated with the different risks which will be developed in the modules of this training program.
Targets
All employees of public or private companies in all sectors.
Teaching methods
This module is structured by a deductive educational approach, moving from theory to practice. Theoretical content screens are based on an affirmative (top-down) methodology followed by a summative assessment in the form of QUIZ.
